But, for buyers looking for a vacation home, now might be the time to purchase. Yes, vacation home sales are down from previous years, but the National Association of Realtors (NAR) expects recovery. And, as the number of people planning to buy vacation homes for eventual retirement grows, supply will decrease and prices will increase.
